This building is located at No.1 Cooper Road opposite Ikoyi Baptist Church, Ikoyi- Lagos. It has 10 suspended upper floors of 20 Nos residential flats and was designed and constructed in a reinforced concrete framed on pile foundation. It was commissioned in 2001.
